Grace in Progress · Peer Support

Support groups for the beautifully complicated.

You don’t need to be further along to belong here. You just need to show up.

Grace in Progress peer support groups are spaces designed for people who are tired of healing communities that demand more hope than honesty. These groups are not therapy. They are community — grounded in The Value-Pain Paradox™ framework, facilitated with care, and built on the both/and principle that you can be wounded and whole at the same time.

8-Week Cohort Groups

Move through the seven domains, together.

Structured groups that meet weekly for eight weeks, following the seven domains of The Value-Pain Paradox™. Participants move through each domain together — Safety, Faith, Health, Professional Identity, Relationships, Community, and Grace — building language for their own paradoxes and community with others who understand complexity.

Monthly Drop-In Sessions

Community without a long-term commitment.

Open sessions for people who need community without a long-term commitment. Drop in when you can. Leave when you need to. No catch-up required.

What to Expect

What it feels like to be here.

Community, not treatment

These groups are not therapy. They’re a place to be met as a peer — grounded in The Value-Pain Paradox™, facilitated with care.

No pressure to share

You can speak or simply listen. Presence counts. You set the pace of your own participation, every time.

Confidential and kind

What’s said in the group stays in the group. Disagreement is welcome; judgment is not.

You’re allowed to be complicated

Wounded and whole. Grateful and grieving. Faithful and unsure. You don’t have to resolve any of it to belong here.

Pricing
